Light, sweet, refreshing sake
Light, like water, but with a hint of Yamadanishiki flavor.
Slightly astringent on the tip of the tongue rather than soft sweetness and acidity
This is a sake from Sasashuku's autumn opening this year, so it is probably only available in Niigata Prefecture.
Although it is aged for 7 years, the taste is light and easy to drink without any peculiarities.
