Junmai🍶So cool🎐.
Third glass at a coworkers' drinking party🍻.
Good umami and acidity. ☺️ Pleasant and comforting. It's not so much a refreshing summer sake, but more of a gentle taste. Since it's a Kumamoto sake, we paired it with a plate of horse sashimi 🐴 😋 This one was not from Kumamoto, but from Mongolia, but it was delicious 🎉.

A gift. Polishing rice: 45% koji rice, 55% kake rice
Fruity aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
Strong sweetness, but with a refreshing sweetness. I still like it, Karo.
The temperature went up instantly and the spiciness came out.
I wish it was a more sludgy Shang Lu.
But I can't dislike it because it's aldoluted but sweet, just like Koroso.
Slightly sweet
Gentle and discreet acidity
It seems to be tart in the mouth
But it is refreshing.
The brewery is said to be the originator of Kumamoto yeast.
I drank it almost cold and it was delicious 😋.
The label said it should be chilled 😅 so next time I'll drink it cold...
My first Kumamoto sake!
