This sake is one of the seasonal junmai ginjo nama-zume "Code-N" series produced by "Nagurayama", a Japanese sake brewery in Fukushima Prefecture, and is released in autumn. It combines the mellowness and juiciness of a summer's worth of autumn, and features a higher quality expression of the "clean sweetness" characteristic of "Nagurayama".
My family was all out of town and I was supposed to spend my birthday alone 🎂.
My son took time out of his schedule to bring me this 💁♀️
I was wondering if I should have a cake or a drink, but I thought this one was better. I thought it would be better to have this one.
My son knows what he's talking about 😆.
And I was so happy that he went out of his way to bring me this in his busy schedule 💕.
I will drink it with care😊.
Good evening, PUCHI!
Son - it's so nice of you to come over for my birthday ✨!
And you know too much to give him alcohol as a gift ✨🎁✨.
I remember Nagisa was very easy to drink 😋.
☀️
The color is like a sports drink 🤍.
It has a light sweetness and soft acidity, with an almost grapefruit-like taste to it 🧐.
It also has an unrefined aroma that makes it rich 🧐 ⭐️
It was heated once, as if they took a lot of time and effort to keep the aroma from flying off.
As expected, it has fruity acidity and sweetness.
The flavor is light in line with the alcohol content, and the aroma is enjoyable.
The umami of the rice prevails.
At a nearby bar.
Nagurayama has a strong image of old-fashioned packets,
but it's a cute and stylish packet.
It's not too fancy, but it's still refreshing! The taste is crisp and smooth.
Sweet, soft, and easy to drink.
Delicious!
