Nagurayama's regular sake Kami-Sen: ❣️
I had Gekyumi-🌙 before, but this time I dared to try a regular sake (lol).
It has sugar, so be careful not to guzzle it 😅⚠️
It has a sweetness that is typical of Nagurayama 😊.
It's not too sweet and has some umami, but the umami is something different than the umami of rice💦.
But I think it's pretty sharp too 🤔.
But if you keep drinking it, the sweetness starts to remain strong and you get a little bored 😞... 😞.
It's 2000 yen for a bottle, so it's not bad 👍
I think it's quite good as an everyday evening drink.
I had a drinking party over the weekend, so I had my favorite ramen 🍜💕 to sober up the hangover.
I was sweating moderately when I ate it while slowly dissolving the spiciness ( - -💦 ).
By the time I finish eating, the hangover is gone 😁😁😁😁.
Very fruity and sweet. But it's very sharp. Sourness? But it leaves a sweet taste in the mouth. It is not voluptuous, but the sweetness is strong. Honey-like sweetness. 86 points

On this day, I visited Asano-san for the Mimuro Cedar Fair that I was looking forward to following the Kaze no Mori Fair last week😍.

I was told that the Mimuro Cedar Fair was only available at the Umeda and Kyoto stores in the Kansai area 😭.

The only island in Lake Inawashiro seen from Mt. Nagura looks like a whale, hence the name "LAKE x WHALE?
It's light, sweet, and pleasant to drink without any peculiarities 😋.

It looks like it was inspired by Oshima Island seen from Mt. Nagura on the shore of Lake Inawashiro because it looks like a whale 🐳 (the picture is cute😘).

I think it would go well with alcohol if the white one is boiled egg slices, the red one is medium roe and the top one is sea urchin or something like that😙.

Chouju Kinkame Spring Sake

Two types of yeast are used: Shiga Prefecture yeast and a yeast jointly developed by Nagahama Institute of Bio-Science and Technology.
Easy to drink with a classic base and a sour taste!
Pair it with honmoroko (honmoroko with pickled vegetables) and other dishes.
Matsu no Tsukasa Tokusyu
This sake is sold only at the member stores of the Shiga/Kyoto small brewers' association.
Refreshing, tasty and delicious. ❣️
