Purchased at Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza, Tokyo.
After cleaning is almost finished, I have a little drink.
The aroma of alcohol is elegant, with a hint of ginjo aroma.
The taste is slightly aromatic and dry.
It is mild and has a sweet aftertaste.
Rice used is Miyamanishiki
I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate.
It is true that the alcohol taste comes first, and the mouthfeel is not smooth.
As the day goes by, the corners are removed and it becomes more moderate, so it might be better to go out with it slowly, but I don't dislike it in this way.
The aroma is soft and sweet, but the taste is light and crisp. As the label suggests, it reminds one of moon-watching in a meadow with pampas grass rustling in the night.
Koumei, also at Yakiniku.
Good alcoholic aroma with added fruity notes.
Refreshing.
It is light, dry, and sharp, but slightly aromatic.
It is described as a son's challenge, but I wonder if it was made by the brewer's son.
