I had it at Yellow Cherry Blossom Store in Fushimi for a drinking contest.
The rice aroma and foretaste are not bad, but there is no aftertaste and no lingering aftertaste at all, so I felt halfway through and would not drink it again. Sorry for being too harsh.
Series bought while at a sake festival in Fushimi

Higashiyama Shuzo
KONZUKURI Hiyahoroshi Special Junmai Sake
This brewery is located in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto.
It has a mild taste with a soft aroma of rice and a gentle sweetness.
The taste is mellow and mild.

I had this at "Today's Okazu" (that's the name of the restaurant, lol) near Karasuma when I was sightseeing in Kyoto.
It was a refreshing sake, perfect as a food sake in accordance with its fresh aroma and ease of drinking due to its being a draft sake.
I thought it was a very Kyoto-like soft sake and highly recommended for women.
I think it is a must buy next time I visit Kyoto.
This is the only fresh pressed one available now. The liquor store owner said it was the best fresh-squeezed one they had received this year. The taste is a calm type of flavor with no schwash. It had a strong rice flavor.

It's a hot Saturday in November.
I went to Kugenuma Beach in the morning to walk my dog, and as a reward, I had a drink in the afternoon 😁.
This is a souvenir from my trip to Kyoto last week.
It is called "Kuen-drop". It is a famous sake made by Higashiyama Sake Brewery in Fushimi.
It is a dark sake. It has a good balance.
I drank too much with oden (oden with vegetables) in spite of the hot weather.
Beer -> Kunitrop -> Burgundy white
Duke-san, good evening 🌙
Oden and sake looks delicious even in the hot weather 〰❣️I drank this sake outside in Kyoto, and it was as thick as you said, so it went well with the mild food 😆.
