This is a sake that seems to be getting popular these days. Of course, this is my first time to drink this brand.
It has a lactobacillus type aroma peculiar to light nigori. It has a slightly gaseous taste. It tastes like a white peach, as described on the back, but it has a peculiar taste. It is hard to describe, but it has a peculiar aftertaste.

I was thinking of going to Nagano and was curious about this sake because I found a mutual in the fridge of the liquor store I wanted to visit, but it is a peculiar sake.

Mutou Kakushikyu Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo
I bought this bottle when I saw the label "Kakushikyu" (hidden ball).
It has a strong acidity, and as the label says, it is like an apple liquor. Once again, I learned about the wide range of sake!
...But it's a little disappointing because today's mood was for a more orthodox sake. I will give it a little more time.
I wanted to try a brand I had never had before.
I bought it because I thought that if I wanted to know the basics of the brand, it should be the standard. When I read the back of the bottle after I got home, I found that the only "standard" brand in the series is the one that says "fired and watered" (...... standard?)!
Well, I was drunk when I opened the bottle after I emptied the Seven Lucky Gods, so I have almost no memory of the taste 😅I think it was easy to drink.
I was tired this week, so I drank too much and had a hard time with hangover 🤮.
Hangovers at my age are embarrassing 😂.
I vowed to have fun and try to drink the right amount 😄.
The first drink of Nagano Sake Trip
The first sake I tried was from Kutsumigake Sake Brewery ❗️
It seems to be an assemblage.
It is not very complex and is very refreshing and easy to drink.
It is easy to drink.
I personally don't like assemblages.

It has no habits and is very nice 😊.

Relief Lightly Nigori (2 years aged)
The acidity and gas feeling is nice. It goes smoothly with no gas. The acidity is good. The sense of maturity is not so good. Good sharpness. 90 points
Changed to 86 points! Alcohol smell is getting stronger.

Hinted aroma: 2.4
I bought this sake just because it was my first time to buy it.
I buy Nagano sake just because it's called "Nagano sake" these days.

I opened a bottle of Jade because I was so hungry for it after having played mahjong with it 🤣.
I think there was a slight brown sugar type aroma.
But when I drank it, it was smooth on the tongue with a soft "peachy" sweetness and a firm acidity that was quite tasty 😋😋.
It wasn't exactly in the middle, but I think it was in the strike zone 🙄🙄🙄🙄.
I knew I shouldn't have had the second bottle after the manachi...! The taste is too hazy and it's a waste. 😂
