Second record of the same brand. The color was pinker than the last time I drank it (I remember it was more milky white last time) and the taste was less acidic. This time, it was quite sweet and sour and gave a strong impression of a dessert. The person accompanying me, who is familiar with alcoholic beverages, described it as an alcoholic beverage similar to orange wine. The overall color, acidity, and sweetness were stronger than the last time I tasted it, and I had the feeling that it was the same sake! I had a feeling that it was the same sake! It is easy to drink and I like the taste.

Preference ★★★★☆ Rice and agave, which I had previously received and enjoyed. This Rice and Koji is literally the last of its kind due to various reasons. I bought it last year after being told that I should buy it because I would not be able to drink it anymore, and it has been sitting in my fridge ever since. I will wait patiently to come across it again someday.

Tastes like white wine with strong acidity. It almost makes you forget that it is rice. Slightly dry and sharp, but the sweetness of the grapes makes it very easy to drink. Delicious.

Is it a difficult-to-obtain type? I am aware of Ina and Agave. This is my first drink. I got it at a certain sake store in Saitama. It seems to be one of the United Arrows collaborations that have appeared in the sake world over the past few years. It has a bitter hop taste like craft saké, with a sourness in the front and a little lingering ginjo aroma. It seems to go well with all kinds of food.

The 2nd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ⑤. Craft Sake Rice and Agave booth. I came here to try this one too, but it was full of sold-out and I could only sample one type. ◉Rice and Pop This is a beer that is brewed only once a year. It has a crisp white wine taste with the impact of hops. It's a very refreshing beer, and they make it on purpose. Hanakaze is a big seller, with liquor stores waiting six months for an order. There was also a distilled spirit available, but we passed on it this time.

7/10 Apparently this is a new series of rice and agave. It is a blend of liquors that were never released to the world and nothing more was mentioned. I see hops as an ingredient. It was rather juicy, bitter, and a bit sweet. Not something I'd want to drink regularly, but it's a nice addition to an occasional drink for something different.

I walked a lot after a long time 🚶I hope I got rid of my lack of exercise a little. I chose to have a shuwashuwa today because of the calories I consumed (lol). The color is just like grapefruit. The aroma is also pink grapefruit. In the mouth, it tastes like grapefruit, bitter, and gassy. It is like a juice. Pork cartilage stewed in tomato sauce. The flavor of the meat and the sweet and sour taste of the tomatoes further accentuate the grapefruitiness of this sake. Personally, I think it goes better with Western food than Japanese food. If anything, it is more suited for a stand-alone drink, like a cocktail. Ingredients] Rice, rice malt, hops Rice polishing ratio】90%. Alcohol content】14%. Tomato stewed pork cartilage Price including tax】2,970 yen
