October 31, 2023 Japanese Sake and Japanese Cuisine at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City. The 7th glass was served on recommendation with rice and hops. It has a clean and gorgeous taste with acidity and a pleasant hop aroma. The aroma of hops is pleasant. Pione and Cheinmuscat. I enjoyed it with Pioneer and Shine Muscat.

This "craft saké" is made by adding agave syrup, a raw material for tequila, to the mash based on the fermentation technology of sake. Collaboration sake with local supermarkets. I had seen it at Sake-no-wa and it was one of the brands I wanted to try, but I never thought I would be able to drink it with what a collaboration sake with a supermarket. It was more fruity than I had imagined, and the sourness gave the impression of a pear. It's delicious and easy to drink. 100% Akita rice Polishing ratio 90

Mom loves Hanakaze: ❤️ Rice and agave are inevitably expensive, but this one definitely beats the cost in taste👍!
