I thought it was kind of hard to describe, but as I got used to it, I thought it was the way to go. I think the slightly purplish color and the grape-skin-like red wine-like astringency bring a sharpness instead of bitterness.

アローズとのコラボ。 花風のホップが前面に出ている感じに比べると、白麹のせいか、そこはちょっとおとなしめ。 その代わりに少し味わいがある感じに仕上がっていて後味もしっとりめ。 普通の花風とどっちが良いかは好みな気はする まー、どちらも最高という前提での比較です
