Rice and Agave.
The name of the product. It has a refreshing taste with a hint of apple fruitiness. It is easy to drink with a strength of 14. I had to work the next day, but I had no problem drinking it all up.
The only thing is the price...that's what bothers me. I want to drink it on a daily basis because it tastes so good, but the price is in the high-end price range.
2025.101th.
We had a craft saké Hanakaze that I had been curious about for a while.
It is a rice and hop craft saké that tastes like a shandy gaff.
The unique bitterness from the hops marries with the taste of rice, and I felt it was a new genre of sake.
It was recommended as an introductory sake for those who have never had sake before, but I think it is a good entry point to the fruity Shinmasa, Senkou, Koeikiku, and Kangiku.
I think it is a good entry point to the fruity sake of Shinmasa, Senkou, Koeigiku, and Kangiku, but it is a little different from the sweet sake of Tasake and Toyo Bijin. Of course, I recommend this sake for beginners.
I would like to try Inabe and Agave's sake again.
Thank you for the sake.
Tonight, we're opening a bottle of a different brand in a series that has been appearing with fair frequency of late: ☺️
Rice and agave, crossed sake, Hanakaze, Gururiko 2024BY🌼🌪️
This sake is made with a hop called "Gururiko".
The aroma is a refreshing citrus greffle with a pleasant citrus flavor. The taste has a strong sourness and sweet-sourness with a bitter aftertaste.
It's like a citrus juice for adults 🍹🔁😋😋😋.
We talked about the sake we bought at the liquor store and my favorite brewery and this is what came up.
This series is made by my favorite rice and agave, which outsources its production to Tsuchida Sake Brewery in Gunma Prefecture.
Association No. 5 yeast is used.
Sake is becoming more and more diversified.
Personally, I know that Yamadanishiki ✖️ Association yeast makes a delicious sake, and I know that the price of rice has skyrocketed and it is tough for each sake brewery. I hope they take on various challenges. I will support you by drinking 📣.
Place of purchase: Seven-Eleven Tsudanuma
★★★★☆
Sake that is somewhere between white wine and sake.
Goes better with cheese-based Western food than Japanese food.
Hops and wine-like aroma, beer smell, sweet wine, muscat, beer flavor, just a hint of gas, sake flavor, hops work exquisitely to improve the flavor and enhance the sake flavor without interfering at all, delicious, not tired of drinking.
I want to try a new genre of craft saké! So I went to my usual liquor store and bought some.
The aroma is lychee, muscat, and a slight hop freshness!
The taste is lychee, muscat sweetness, and a slight gassy feeling. After a while of drinking it, the grapefruit-like bitterness and the freshness and bitterness of the beer, which I can also feel here, starts to jiggle 🍺.
Anyway, I paired it with edamame and it was the right choice!
A cup of sake and beer that has the best of both worlds 🍶, while still adjusting the sake and beer feel to a 9:1 or 8:2 ratio.
Effort, genius, thanks 😋.
I've been wanting to try this one for a while.
The initial aroma is good, but after passing down the throat, the hops are released into the nose! The acidity is pleasant and refreshing, but it's still good.
The waiter told me, "This is great! Many people like it! Craft saké is great!
Continuing at Eiraku Restaurant.
I can't decide what to order anymore🙀.
We started with Akita sake, so we made a choice.
It looked like a white wine.
I can drink more!
