Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura coming to Osaka Around this time, Yoohee-san joined us and all 7 of us got together? It's quite hearty and tasty with a strong flavor. Maybe you like it? Sake from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture. There seems to be only a very small number of special distributors in Osaka, so I could tell which liquor store in Hyogo they get their sake from by looking at the sake I've ordered so far and the sake on the menu. It turned out that I was right about the sake I ordered later on😇. I'm drinking Souzora between Wakanami and Rairaku, but I've had it a few times in the past so I'll leave it out. It's always consistently tasty 😊.

Kansai Sake-no-wa: Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura in Osaka, 5th drink Rairaku, which I couldn't drink when I visited Akashi last year! I can't believe I can drink here! Yatter 🎵 It's my first time drinking ❣️ Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Fresh, with moderate sweetness and acidity and a clean finish! It went well with the beef tongue in the photo with vinegar sauce. Mr. Gura and Mr. Umaumai talked about "Vinegared Mochi". I have never had it, but in Hakata, it is a dish so common that it is sold at convenience stores! I was wondering if there is such a thing in Kansai, but I couldn't think of it😅. I remember that once upon a time, I read in a cookbook that there was a "chuno sauce" and I asked my mother about it because I didn't know what kind of sauce it was. At that time, I used tonkatsu sauce instead 😁.

Local Akashi sake found at a sake store in Akashi. It has a sharp and clean aftertaste, perfect for a mid-meal drink. 🙆‍♂️ I had it with saboroshi and it was a great combination 🐴.

A slight muddiness. It's a natural. The lid popped off when I opened the bottle, probably because I kept the raw sake in the wine cellar. It's fine! Fresh aroma, lychee, banana, white flowers, and a modest aroma that is not too much like nama-shu. The modest sweetness spreads at first, followed by a shrieking acidity and a more voluminous sweetness. The texture is chunky, but the acidity is nice, so it is easy to drink without becoming too heavy. I heated it up. I may have raised the temperature too high. A nutty aroma emerges, and it is somewhat savory. The balance of the flavors is not greatly affected, and it tastes better than expected. Maybe it's because it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness. I drank it for the first time, but it is delicious. It has a nuance similar to Kakogawa's Morinori. It is easy to drink as a draft sake, but it has a solid core and is well balanced. Very nice!
