Drank warm at the lovely Shinano restaurant in the Hotel Metropolitan Nagano. Very nice warm! Quite tasty and balanced.

I think I picked the right sake brand but I’m not 100% sure… Drank at a very loud Hakata izakaya. Nice and dry, went well with fish.
