It has the heaviness, firmness and sharpness typical of Chochin. As the label on the back says, it tastes better at higher temperatures than cold. I would like to drink it warmed.
This is my first time in Minami.
It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +8, which is typical of Kochi sake. As the temperature rises, the umami flavor increases, giving it a hiyaoroshi feel, but in general it is crisp.
It has a light and refreshing taste. It has a light taste, but the flavor and sharpness come slowly. As the temperature rises, the sharpness increases.
It looks like a good restaurant. I want to go there by all means when the Corona disaster passes. The liquor store of the business partner is obvious by the lineup of the sake (^_^).
