This is the fourth bottle of this year's Jomusu Mori.
It is a stable taste and finished in no time.
It's sweet, sour, and full of lactic acidity, but somehow it's easy to drink.
But again, there is no sense of gas at all. When I drank this Junmai Ginjo for the first time, it was difficult to open the bottle.
Someday I'd like to drink a schmaltzy Jyosu Mori again!

Today, Takuya Kimura's father taught me a lot about mini bonsai.
I took out a dinner at TacosWay.
I'm not sure what to pair with Mexican food, so I went with Takachiyo's Spring Sake, but there are so many different flavors of Mexican food that I'm not sure if it goes well with it or not😅.
The drink is delicious!

When I dropped by the Niigata Pavilion in Omotesando, I often saw this one 🤩and it was 300ml, so no need to worry about the fridge. I love it.
It's as good as they say, sweet and fruity. I'm not sure what to think. It's a great way to start the day. Easy to drink sake 亘亘

I've been told that it's useless to stop drinking for the medical checkup unless you start a month before, so I'm going to change my strategy to reduce the amount.
It was as good as they say!
It's a drink that I highly recommend you try!

Tasted at the Niigata Pavilion. The aroma is gorgeous, and the popsicles are slightly carbonated. Not overly sweet and refreshingly delicious.

Light and dry but with a soft rice flavour and a slight acidity that's pleasant!
Soon it wasn't enough, so I searched for the best of pairings with food in the house😋.
The sake is from Niigata, so I thought it might have something to do with Kaki Choco, which is persimmon seeds coated with chocolate. So I paired it with milk chocolate. As expected, it's delicious! I found the right answer! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

試飲させていただいた中で一番好みだった味。
精米歩合30%の大吟醸で、味がとってもまろやか。
初心者なので、やっぱりわかりやすくおいしいお酒が好みだなあ…

欧州ではサステナブルワインも流行っているけれど、これからは日本酒もこういう時代になってくるのかな…

「先ほどの生原酒に水を入れて火入れしたお酒です。ぜひ飲み比べてみてください。」と頂いたお酒。
生原酒とくらべてさらりとして軽やかで、でも最後にはキリッとしている。
新潟には行ったことがなく、最近東北地方のお酒にハマっているんです、と伝えると
新潟のお酒は東北のお酒とまた一味ちがって、すっきり辛口で美味しいんですよ、とのこと。
アンテナショップの方々もみなさん親切で、行ってみたい県リストに追加となりました。

表参道を歩いていたら目に入った新潟の
アンテナショップ。そういえば新潟のお酒飲んだことなかったな、と思いふらりと入店。
名産品がたくさん並び、イベントも開催されていて活気もある。
奥に進んでいくと…日本酒コーナー発見！
まず目についたのは、たくさんの花見酒。ピンク色で、きれいだなーと思いみていると横からお兄さんに声をかけられる。
お兄さんは高の井酒造の営業さんとのことで、新型コロナの営業で中止になった新潟酒の陣で出すはずだったお酒を試飲で出してます、と。
お言葉に甘えて…
まずは先週しぼりたてという生原酒。
うすくにごっていて、キリッとした味わい。
