This is the fourth bottle of this year's Jomusu Mori.
It is a stable taste and finished in no time.
It's sweet, sour, and full of lactic acidity, but somehow it's easy to drink.
But again, there is no sense of gas at all. When I drank this Junmai Ginjo for the first time, it was difficult to open the bottle.
Someday I'd like to drink a schmaltzy Jyosu Mori again!
