Sweetness! Wouldn't this be perfect for those who like fruity sake? I felt that it was. It has been a long time since I have had such a fruity drink.
Yamada-Nishiki, the same rice can change the taste so much, which is the best part of sake.
It goes well with yakitori sauce.
