☆☆☆☆☆ What a Nara attack. I had Hana-kun a while ago. It has sweetness and umami in a gentle acidity. But it's a bit plain and light, so I think it could have a bit more depth. It is tasty enough, though.

☆☆☆☆☆ Second drink after Wind Forest (not posted because I don't have a photo). Slightly strong sour with some sweetness. Maybe a slight bitterness in the aftertaste? Not bad, but a little tricky to go quick after a workout.

☆☆☆☆☆ It's sweet and sour from the smell, but the taste is restrained. I just found out for the first time that the label lists the flavor for each lot. Is it the same for other sakes from Shinsei? Unlike the information on the label, I had the impression that the aroma was strong and the taste was restrained.

☆☆☆☆☆ It has a dry feel to it, but it's also beautiful and delicious.

Good evening, Mr. Gyaban. Please excuse my first post. I also like Tatenogawa sake. I'm jealous that you're enjoying so many different kinds of sake in your posts!

Hi Ofuji, nice to meet you. I didn't notice your comment and I'm late 🙇️. It's good to drink Tatenogawa. I've been drinking out of the house for a while now. I'm sure you'll enjoy the drive and the local sake tour.

☆☆☆☆☆ Sour beverages. Last time (how many years ago?). It has a gentler sourness than the last time I drank it. Well, if you call it elegant, that's what it is, but it was a flax cat with an impression of being mature without being unlike.

☆☆☆☆☆ Lapis followed by Ecru. It's always hard to tell which is which, but my impression today was that it was gentler than Lapis. Well, it's still good like Shinsei.

☆☆☆☆☆ I think it's been a long time since I've been to Rome. Because it is low alcohol, it is rather refreshing and light. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a bit lacking, but it's delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ It is the first real drink after having already drunk the saku at the corner bar of the liquor store which opened newly (it is beyond the area of the corner bar). Well, there is no doubt as usual. It's delicious.
