Well, this sake is a new brewery that is not even registered on sakewa 😅.
It's Kawasawa Sake Brewing Company ✨.
The sake we drank was a gorgeous fruity sake made with Super CEL24 😁.
It's also delicious 😆.
The event was supposed to be from 6pm to 7pm but all the sake was gone within 30 minutes of the start and by 6:30pm the event was over ✨.
Everyone...drank too much!

It was delicious with a refined umami and acidity that is typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast.

Compared to Kameizumi's cel24, the sweetness is more subdued ✨.
The aroma is gorgeous, like a flower ✨.
This is also perfect for those who are not used to sake 😊.

In celebration of the registration of "traditional Japanese sake brewing" as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, the Kochi Sake Brewers Association held a sake party 😊There are 19 breweries in Kochi and all of them brought sake, about 40-50 bottles of No.4 sake. ☝️
The sake party started at 6:00pm 😊.
Due to time constraints, I was only able to take a few pictures 😅.
We drank from all the breweries 😁.
The picture is of a Daiginjo from the south. It has a gorgeous aroma like a daiginjo, but it's alsobeared so it's very refreshing 😁.

I searched all over Kochi prefecture for this sake, but it is no longer available at liquor stores.
The owner of a souvenir shop in Katsurahama told me politely.
He said the next one will be in November.

I had an image of Aki Tora as a refreshing drink, but this one is a modern fruity drink.
I chose it because of the hard-edged image of the jacket, but it was a little unexpected.
No, it's just as good as any other, but I thought it didn't have to be Aki Tiger.
You can drink this kind of sake anytime you are in Osaka.
No, really, it's just plain delicious.

I had an image of Tosatsuru as a cheap, tasteless ethanol water mix, but this is delicious!
It has all the good points of a refreshing Kochi sake, but with a mild yet umami flavor. It is a great food sake that can be paired with a wide range of dishes, from sashimi to grilled dishes!
I'll have another bottle for the train on the way home!
