In celebration of the registration of "traditional Japanese sake brewing" as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, the Kochi Sake Brewers Association held a sake party 😊There are 19 breweries in Kochi and all of them brought sake, about 40-50 bottles of No.4 sake. ☝️
The sake party started at 6:00pm 😊.
Due to time constraints, I was only able to take a few pictures 😅.
We drank from all the breweries 😁.
The picture is of a Daiginjo from the south. It has a gorgeous aroma like a daiginjo, but it's alsobeared so it's very refreshing 😁.
