It has been a long time since I have had Sengoku.
I bought this sake when I went on a trip to Tochigi and enjoyed it. I remember that I had a different kind of SENKYO here about half a year ago and it was delicious.
Maybe it's the royal road?
It is sweet but refreshing and delicious! I will drink it again. 🤘🏻

Higurashi, the first fun of the month!
The first drink was Sanzenmori.
I had had it at my part-time job when I was a student and had drunk it before, but I had an image of it being quite spicy.
This one is spicy, refreshing, and easy to drink! It is also a bit thick.
I thought it would be sweet because it is Junmai Daiginjo (completely wrong assumption), but it is not that sweet, it is great!
This is one bottle that must be repeated 🥺.

It is thicker than the previous one (Kamo Kanehide), but more refreshing. It is the best.
I don't order honjozo myself because my knowledge of sake is limited, but I think most of them have a strong sake taste, but recently I've come to think that this perception is wrong.

I asked for a dry Sukkiri and this is what I got.
It's a little fruity, but has a clean aftertaste. When you roll it around on your tongue, it has a gorgeous banana and lemon flavor (according to my husband), but it's not sweet and easy to drink.
It's one of my favorite drinks.
