I walked to the Shinsei brewery in the morning, bought some souvenirs at Akita Station, and just as I was wondering where to spend my free time, I found a bar where I could drink Shinsei before noon! I was able to get my revenge for not being able to drink yesterday. It is Shinsei Sansho (Earth). It is fresh with a slight sourness. It is a taste I have never had before. This is the much talked about Shinsei brand that I impulsively drank when I wandered by and saw it on the menu. It has a fruity but dry taste. I guess this is what they mean by "light". Maybe it was my physical condition (a little stuffy nose), but I couldn't detect much aroma. It is certainly good.

I saw this Isshaku Suisei Yamadanishiki at Sugahisa on my last visit to Akita. I found it at Akita Kurasu! I asked for a second glass! Fresh and fruity compared to the previous Yonotori! Light and easy to drink like a white wine! As this is a stand-up, corner store, the time limit of 20 minutes had come! We left the restaurant and went to another one! It is getting colder in the morning and evening in the Tohoku area! On the other hand, it is still hot during the daytime 😵. I ate cold noodles and worked hard! knowledge Fukurokuju Shuzo brews Yamadanishiki every year, but it used to be all Daiginjo-exhibited sake. This is the only Junmai Ginjo brewed with Junmai Ginjo, and it is a very valuable limited edition sake. It is a limited edition sake with high potential, made from 100% special grade Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, and is shipped in full force during the hiyaoroshi season. The sweet, gorgeous, beautifully fruity, slightly cute and delicate flavor is like a fine white wine. Sake Mirai to go with Rikuwada This is Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu. I don't have the palate to detect a big difference, but this one is clearer and sweeter! We finished both sakes in no time 🍶🍶! It is a popular brand of sake and rice! The thickness of the Iburi Gako is amazing! a great deal of knowledge The rice used to make this sake is called Rikuwaden. This rice is not familiar to many, but this rice was also arranged by President Takagi of "Jyushiyo". It has a slightly floral sweet aroma, and when you taste it, it has a moist texture and a subtle sweetness that spreads on the tongue. It also has a crisp acidity, giving it a tighter impression than Omachi. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious on its own, but it can also be enjoyed as an in-between-dinner drink.
