Sake Mirai to go with Rikuwada This is Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu. I don't have the palate to detect a big difference, but this one is clearer and sweeter! We finished both sakes in no time 🍶🍶! It was the 26th! I heard there is a special event on days with a 6 in them. knowledge Sake made from rice "Sake Mirai" polished up to 50% and carefully hand-packed one bottle at a time just after pressing. I came to Akita. First, we went to Akita Kurasu near the station. The drink of the day is Hanamup! Let's start with Rikuwada! Very tasty with a sweet taste! Some people posted about Rikuwada today! It is a popular brand of sake and rice! The thickness of the Iburi Gako is amazing! a great deal of knowledge The rice used to make this sake is called Rikuwaden. This rice is not familiar to many, but this rice was also arranged by President Takagi of "Jyushiyo". It has a slightly floral sweet aroma, and when you taste it, it has a moist texture and a subtle sweetness that spreads on the tongue. It also has a crisp acidity, giving it a tighter impression than Omachi. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious on its own, but it can also be enjoyed as an in-between-dinner drink. In order to preserve the flavor, each bottle of sake is carefully bottled by hand and heated before bottling. Please enjoy it cooled down moderately and with a nice aroma. Hana Yuu in a drinking comparison Sake Mirai has a mild aroma and a slightly acidic aftertaste. Dewa Sanzai has a soft ginjo aroma and a little bitterness in the aftertaste. It's difficult to compare because it's a raw sake and I'm a beginner... One thing I can say is that both are delicious!
