Hana Yuu in a drinking comparison Sake Mirai has a mild aroma and a slightly acidic aftertaste. Dewa Sanzai has a soft ginjo aroma and a little bitterness in the aftertaste. It's difficult to compare because it's a raw sake and I'm a beginner... One thing I can say is that both are delicious!

Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake Mirai and compared. Sweet aroma. The moment you drink it, the sweet and gorgeous aroma spreads in your mouth. It leaves a gorgeous aftertaste even after drinking. Both Misato Nishiki and Sakemirai are delicious.
