Very fresh aroma!
It is sweet yet refreshing, with a slight bitterness that is typical of sake, but it is well-balanced.
This time I paired it with fatty yellowtail, but I think it would also go well with cheeses that have a bit of a smell. I would definitely like to buy a bottle of this and enjoy the changes slowly at home.
