The first encounter in 20200117 had black letters on a white background, but the one purchased in 20240704 had dark blue letters on a white background.
The aroma is fruity even though it is pure rice.
In the mouth, you can taste the umami of rice and dry taste, followed by a well-balanced spread of bitterness and acidity 🥳.

It says that it is an active nigori, so be careful opening the bottle! But I was able to open the bottle just fine. When I took a sip, it was sweet without being sizzling... 🤔 The alcohol was high at 19 degrees, so it felt even sweeter than usual. It was bottled in November of last year, but the fermentation seemed to be over? Is this normal for this sake? It was more like sweet nigori sake than normal 😅🥂.
