Very easy to drink sake with a soft sweetness 🥂. It was so hot today that I almost drank it after work but stopped when I saw it said 17% alcohol 😅I guess it's good for people who like sweet sake, it was very tasty 😋.

Junmai Nama Shuzake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Itsumi Shuzo is the manufacturer of Shinryo Polishing rice 60% 15 The first encounter in 20200117 had black letters on a white background, but the one purchased in 20240704 had dark blue letters on a white background. The aroma is fruity even though it is pure rice. In the mouth, you can taste the umami of rice and dry taste, followed by a well-balanced spread of bitterness and acidity 🥳. It says that it is an active nigori, so be careful opening the bottle! But I was able to open the bottle just fine. When I took a sip, it was sweet without being sizzling... 🤔 The alcohol was high at 19 degrees, so it felt even sweeter than usual. It was bottled in November of last year, but the fermentation seemed to be over? Is this normal for this sake? It was more like sweet nigori sake than normal 😅🥂.

Junmai-Maroyaka, polished rice 60%, al15-16 Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.4 Purchased for home use at HOSHIFUJI SHUTEN in Chigasaki This sake was drunk before April 2017 when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it, so for a while I've uniformly set the date I drank it as 2017/04/01.

Junmai Ginjo Namazake 100% Yamadanishiki, Rice Polishing 64%, ALC 17 Reunited after 5 years. 2017 Junmai Ginjo sake was not nama-shu, but polished to 58% rice. The 2017 Junmai Ginjo-shu was not a nama-shu but a Junmai Ginjo-shu with 58% polished rice and 16% ALC. Junmai Hiyakioroshi 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 65%, ALC 18%. It was first served cold. It is a dry sake with a slight edge to it, and its peculiarities are a little off-putting. It is an ironclad rule to try heating sake when it has a peculiar taste. When we warmed it up, it became mellower and more rounded, but the peculiar taste remained😅.
