It's not mentioned, but the liquor store's blurb said it was unfiltered raw sake. It has a gassy feel to it and it probably is. It has a freshness and a piquancy feeling of gas. It has a flavor like Muscat. This is the first time I've tasted Omine-nama, but it's delicious.
