Iori] booth.
This sake was jointly developed with Motox. It has won consecutive honorable mentions at the Omachi Summit in the past. It was a person from the brewery who had previously corresponded with us and an employee of Motox.
◉庵 Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
It's refreshing, umami, and delicious, but a bit clear. It was a bit clearer. It was less rich than the previous bottles I had tasted.
◉庵 Bizen Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Fruity and umami, with a bit of bitterness towards the end. This time it was my favorite.
◉庵 Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Special Junmai
A bit of sourness first, but still clear and loose.
Maybe it's because it's the last one, but I often get a different impression when I drink it again. boukenWine wholesaler, Motox's Sake.
I know it is delicious because I have tasted it at a department store in the past, so I bought it at Ikoma Sake Shop with peace of mind.
Honey-like sweetness and fruity fruity too. It's juicy and firm and sweet, but I think it has a good balance with the sakeiness of the second half. ねむちThe 19th brewery in the "Hankyu Brewery Festival 2023".
Kumaya Shuzo "Iori", Okayama Prefecture
Iori" which was also very good last year.
When I arrived at the booth, I saw a familiar face...ah, the Motox guy from Ianno!
I asked him if he was working at the same time, but the brewery guy came back and the Motox guy went away.
I asked the guy at the warehouse and he was bitching again because he was bitching last year too 🤣.
He was also wearing his Omachisto badge well, must be the same guy as last year.
I told him that I had been to Okayama during Obon vacation and drank some "Gouchi" and he said it must have tasted bad 💦, which was somewhat unnerving.
At any rate, I'm going to drink all of them.
Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Genshu
Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Special Junmai Hiyoroshi
Iori Bizen Asahi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Genshu
Last year, I was impressed with either the Junmai Ginjo or Junmai Daiginjo from Omachi, but I wasn't sure which one it was, so I reconfirmed it.
The must-try was "Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Genshu" 😋.
I think Aladdin-san also drank "Iori" and said it was impressively good. アラジンGood morning, Nemuchi 😃.
Yes, "Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Ginsyu Genshu" was my top choice too☺️ even the brewer, who is not a toothless person, said with a smug look on his face that "this is one finished product" 😤If there is room in the fridge 😢. ひるぺこGood evening, Nemuchi-san. I only had a little bit of Asahimai at the end of my visit to Iori, but I got the impression that it was well-balanced and tasty. I would like to try Omachi next time 😊. ねむちAladdin, good evening 🌛"Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Genshu" is always delicious 😋The behavior of the brewer full of himself and his complaints are the same as last year 🤣I would like to drink not only Iori but also "Ishichi" 😋. ねむちGood evening, Hirupeko🌛 Oh, I wanted you to compare not only Asahi but also Omachi😩 😩The flavor is firm yet well balanced👍Please try it if you have a chance 😊. boukenHankyu Brewer's Festival⑰.
Kumaya Sake Brewery in Okayama.
Since they are here on a Motox project, the brand name is Iori only.
The brewer was so pissed off that he was complaining about Motox 🤣 he was saying "don't fuck with me" 😅.
Well, there are many things....
The tasting was
Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Genshu
Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Special Junmai
Iori Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Special Junmai Hiyaroshi-genshu
Iori Bizen Asahi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Genshu
I think I drank the Junmai Daiginjo but forgot to take a picture of it 🤣.
I think he said it was a good one. I think he said the quality was good.
I have had Bizen Asahi nama-shu and hiyaoroshi in the past.
Iori is all good👍.
I would like to try the Omachi draft next. T-KajiHi bouken 👋
I've had Iori too and it's my favorite brewery of Ishichi 🤗.
But still, it's only at the brewery festival that you can hear the brewery's complaints 🤭. ポンちゃんbouken, also here 😊.
So you only had hermitage 😆 I noticed it too late 🤣.
Iori, they are all really good 😍. boukenGood morning, T-Kaji.
I want to drink Ishichi backwards, but I've only seen it when I went to Okayama 😥. I've only seen it when I went to Okayama 😥It's interesting that some brewers speak their mind 😁. boukenGood morning, Pon-chan!
I guess they can't bring the regular brand like Iyano 🤔I was too drunk to remember the fine taste differences, but I just remember it was delicious 🤣. boukenI've had Ishichi from the same brewery, but this is my first time drinking Iori at home. It is fresh and sweet with a light gassy feeling. It is fresh and sweet with a light gassiness. It's sweet, but not too much, and in the second half, I have the impression that the bitterness takes over. It tastes like something, but I can't remember what...
It tastes a little like Okura's Asahi. I remember Okura's taste was more gaseous and sweet.
It wasn't as fruity or sweet as I'd hoped, but it was delicious.
It's a joint development with Motox, a wine importer. It's the same as Itano, isn't it? boukenI drank it in a tasting. It has a raw atmosphere. It is massive and heavy. boukenI know the brewery here, I know Ishichi, but this is the first time I've seen Iori. boukenIs the Ishichi for the local market and the Iori for distribution only?
