La la la la ♫ Sake made by Sekinoi Sake Brewery using Tsubaki yeast developed by Hachinohe National College of Technology 🍶. It's not Maki Ohguro 😌. I don't think it has much of an overtone. I don't know much about camellia flower aroma. Sweet and sour on the palate. It has a refreshing acidity and a refreshing sweetness. It is refreshing thanks to the acidity. It was a modern sake that didn't look like Sekinoi including the label. It was delicious ✨🍶. The third one is sauteed yam with butter 🥔.

Shichiriki Spring Shibori Nama Sake. This is the first time to drink Nanashiriki Nama Sake. This is a sake made with Hwasoi🌾. The aroma on the nose is sweet and glossy. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the full-bodied sweetness that is typical of Hwasoi 🌾, and it finishes off smoothly and beautifully. Hanasou is a crossbreed of Hanabukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, and it is a good sake rice that has inherited the advantages of both. It was so good that I drank the whole glass at once. I should have ordered a full glass.

SkyBlue by Shichiriki. Sake made with Hua Soui🌾🍶. I thought it was a stylish bottle, but it was a magnum bottle. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor that is typical of Hwaso. It is a little dry and has a clean, light taste. Delicious 🍶✨️

Sakuta's Toku Jun Yumikuchi🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the strong umami for Sakuta's Tokujun, just as the label says. But it is still a very sharp and clean sake. Beautiful sake as always. Delicious!

This will be my first time at Shirakami no Dagu. The top aroma is of plain yogurt with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly carbonic acidic taste. The sweetness is moderate, but the refreshing sourness and sweetness of the rice. It was refreshing and delicious 🍶✨️

Sekinoi Sake Brewery's Prayer Water. Sake available only at liquor stores in Higashidori Village🍶. The top aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it has a unique flavor with a slight sense of maturity. The sweetness is moderate and the sharpness is good. It is less peculiar and easier to drink than KANRATATEMA and Hokuyuu, which are also brewed by the same brewery. I wonder if this peculiar taste is a warehouse peculiarity 🤔. I guess it would be delicious with local ingredients in Shimokita. It went well with horse sashimi (no picture). It was delicious✨

Manachie-san, this store stocks sake from a liquor store in Aomori, so they have quite minor sake. Aomori sake maniacs will love this store lol. How minor is this sake that two people in Aomori don't know about it 🤣.

It is a Hakkouda Oroshi Gin-Sen 🍶. The daiginjo I've had before is 100% Hanabukiyuki, but this one has koji as Hanabukiyuki🌾 and kake as Mashigure🍚. The top aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a nice sharpness. It is less sweet than the Hakkouda Oroshi Daiginjo in a cup that I bought at Shin-Aomori station last year. It was delicious. ✨️

This is the new Mutsu Otokoyama sake🍶. I think it has been since I tasted it when I visited the brewery the year before last. The first aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and a slightly full-bodied sweet umami flavor. The one I tasted was a traditional sharp Aomori sake, but compared to that, it's not classic at all 🙄. The only thing classic about it is the label 😂. Oh well, it tastes good 🍶😉.

It is hiyaoroshi from Sakuta. It has a slightly yellowish color. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a full-bodied, beautiful sweetness in the mouth. The Junmai Ginjo-shu is called "Sakuta" and the Junmai-shu is called "Sakuta". The Junmai-shu is sharp and crisp, while the Jungin-shu has a strong full-bodied and umami impression. It was delicious 🍶.

I believe it was positioned as a local brand of Toyobai's Miura Sake Brewery 🤔. Sake made with Toyobai rice🌾🍶. Slightly sweet aroma on the nose. When you put it in your mouth, it has a clean sweetness with a hint of soft acidity and sharpness. The nose has a hint of refreshing acidity. It's the best sake at a reasonable price 🍶✨️ It went well with the cold smoked mackerel I ordered for my entrée 😊.

Here's one from the end of last year😅. We went to a restaurant called Ringo no Hana in Arakicho 🍎. I don't often drink Momokawa sake, but they had a sake made with Hakutsuru Nishiki🌾 so I ordered it🍶. Momokawa is under Hakutsuru in Nada, so I guess that's why they use it 🤔. The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet. It has a classical feeling in the mouth, but the mild sweetness of low-temperature aging is nice. But it is like the Nada sake I drank once upon a time 🤔. By the way, I only know Hakutsuru's sake as Hakutsuru◯.

Shichiriki by Morita Shobei, the brewer of Sakuta and Komaizumi. Only seven liquor stores in Aomori Prefecture carry this sake. The aroma on the nose is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, there is a mild sweetness and umami from the rice. The slight acidity finishes it off nicely. It is fire-aged but still fresh and delicious 😊. Morita Shobei makes beautiful sake. I hope they keep up the good work even though they are not so popular.

Kikunoi no Kyu○ "Kyumaru" reads. As the name suggests, it was made in February and matured (unsold?) for more than half a year. This is also a Hanafuki sake🍶. The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it retains the freshness of nama-zake, but also has a mild sweetness with a slight sweetness like light brown sugar. It also has a slight spiciness and a nice sharpness. This was delicious 😊. Maybe because it was left to rest 🤔.

This is my favorite Hachitsuru hiyaoroshi sake. This is also a Hanafuki sake🍶. I forgot to take a picture of the glass, but it had a yellowish color for a hiyaoroshi sake. The first aroma is mellow and sweet. In the mouth, it has a thick, mellow, honey-like flavor and sweetness. This year's Hachizuru hiyaoroshi has a strong umami (flavor). I wonder if this is the one that they let the December release of Tsuru label Tokujun Arabashiri sit for a while? 🤔 It was pretty tasty 🍶✨

We have replenished our Aomori component at Ringo no Hana in Arakicho. Hato Masamune's special pure rice 🕊. Sake brewed with Hanafukuyuki 🍶. The nose has a slight apple and pineapple aroma on the nose. Mellow fruity sweet and sour taste on the palate with a slight astringency. It finishes with a slight astringency. I knew it! Hana Fuki no Sagehame is great! I haven't had a dark blue label Tokujun in a while, but this one is better than the seasonal Tokujun 🙄. It was delicious 🕊✨

Kikunoi is a sake that has been produced by Inamuraya's Narumi Brewery for a long time 🍶. The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose. When you take a sip, it is refreshing without any cloying taste. It has a mild umami flavor. It has the sharpness of alsobe, but it tastes a little thin 🤔. Thank you for the food 😌.

It is Inamuraya's fire-aged special pure 🍶. It was introduced on the menu as a local staple sake. It is not mentioned on the label, but it is the sake that brewed Hanafukuyuki 🍶. The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet. The first aroma is slightly sweet, and in the mouth it has a refreshingly mild sweetness. It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the palate. Delicious with thick shiitake mushrooms from Owani 🍄‍🟫 sauteed in butter 😊🍶.

Zan" dolphin label🐬. It looks kind of cute and looks like it would look good on social media. I haven't had Kaneta Tamada's sake since I had Hana Ippu last year 🤔. The nose has a slight lactic acidity. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the light gas from the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The light nigori sweetness is not too sweet, not too dry, and not too bitter. It was quite delicious 🍶✨.

I had to cut back on drinking because my nose wasn't working 😷, but now that I'm mostly back to normal, I went out drinking for the first time in two weeks🍶. My first match was with Natsujun by 🕊, the brewer of Hana-buki. It has a sweet aroma on the nose. When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild juicy sweetness with a slight astringency. The taste is a little acidic and slightly astringent, and it finishes with a crisp finish. It's a very crisp sake that is typical of Hana Fukietsu and is delicious ✨.

Jokku silver label🍶 introduced on the menu at Apple Blossom as a local staple sake. It is a fire-aged sake. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a slight sweetness and a mild umami flavor in the mouth. It has a slightly dry taste with a clean aftertaste. I had the impression that the Jyokuro (nama-shu) I have had so far had a bitter aftertaste, but this one, perhaps because it is fire-aged, has no bitterness and is mildly mellow (😋). It was quite delicious 🍶✨.

Good evening Peco-san! I went to Aomori last spring, but I haven't been to the Hirosaki area yet, so I'd like to go back for a sake trip. I think Iwaki Masamune and Takenami Shuzo who makes Shichirobei might be the kind of heated sake you like 🤔.
