I was told by the older brother who was drinking before me that the sake was sweet, so I didn't hesitate to try it.
It was delicious. The kind I usually like to drink at home.
He said it was sweet but not disgusting, and it really was.

PLEASANT Junmai Daiginjo
There are 4 kinds and they are also called "Shunka Shuju Tofu".
The first one is "Spring".
Delicious. Easy to drink.
If you read it, it is brewed with water from Sekiya Brewery Houraisen.
The sense of stability... or rather, the familiar Houraisen characters give a sense of security.

The sake I chose with the jacket from the 4th drink that I removed from the fruity line.
The one I had seen at Sake no Wa.
I was going to recommend this 4th drink, pineapple, under the introduction.
Really pineapple!
It tastes more pineapple than Houraisen Satoru. I have the impression that Satoru only smells like pineapple, but this tastes sweet and pineapple.
I took it cold at first, but it was recommended to warm it up, so I had it turned up to 50 degrees Celsius.
It tastes even sweeter and more pineapple when it is warm. The fizziness and sourness became almost undetectable when it was warmed up.
I've never been a fan of hot sake, but this changed my impression.

This was the first time I had a glass of sake that was not fruity, as I had been on a fruity kick up until then.
It was delicious.
Not too deep and not too strong, but easy to drink.
