The second cup was a lion's dance drink. The third cup was Narimasa. This is a brand I have never seen before.
It has a slightly matured feel and has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity.
The fact that there are so many 300 bottles of sake on the menu is a little tough for a lone drinker who wants to drink a variety of sake, but I will try harder.

In Takaoka for reconstruction assistance. First, Kachikoma, a locally brewed sake. It is freshly squeezed sake for the season.
It is fresh and has a strong acidity. It has a slightly crisp taste. I don't know what Kachikoma tastes like because I haven't seen it much recently...
We made a reservation at this restaurant, but before coming here, we were planning to stop by an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that has a wide selection of Katsushikoma. But I gave up because the restaurant was fully booked.
Well, Toyama has a lot of good sake, so you don't have to stick to Katsuma. ハリーHi Gyaban-san 😃
I have visited Takamasa-san 3 times. I've been there for Kachikoma, 🦀 and homemade buri daikon. I can't find any Kachikoma Shiboritate at all, it seems to be once a year, so I wonder if I will see you this year, I'm happy just to talk to you😄. ぎゃばんGood evening, Harry😄.
I passed on the buri daikon after much deliberation, but the customer next to me ate it and it looked delicious 🤤.
There were a few stores in Takaoka that had "Shiboritate in stock" tags, but I don't see Kachikoma itself in my hometown! ハリーGyaban-san, one more dish, homemade kabura sushi is also great, oh I want to go there, I was really planning to go in February, but I'm just waiting to see how it goes 😄. ぎゃばんHarry, I was wondering about the kabura sushi on the menu at the other restaurant. I don't think it was on the menu that day...
I was planning to go to Uozu, but had to change to Takaoka due to the earthquake!
