I forgot to post this sake from Okinawa. It has a clear, sweet aroma, and after a tingling taste, a delicious flavor that casually lingers on both ends of the tongue. Even though I've never been to Okinawa, it makes me think of the beach.

We celebrate the graduation of the students, alone, at HANASAKU. Genmai-shu (brown rice wine) made by Kameman Shuzo. It has a nostalgic aroma like syrup that I probably smelled when I was a child. And the sweetness of the rice like a brown sugar dessert is elegantly balanced✨!

The first drink was quite delicious, so I couldn't resist the second drink at Hanasaku, Yuki no Matsushima ✨This one seems to be dry, and the freshness of the drink spreads to your mouth and disappears. It reminds me of the soft waves of the beach where I used to go goby fishing with my father when I was a kid.
