The third drink. I was torn, but decided to go with the Koryu, which I don't often order here. It is easy to drink with a hint of sweetness, but the aroma and sourness give it a zing. It is good. It is dry and goes well with a side dish. That's all I have for today. I am quite drunk.

After the holidays, I had a lot of work to do, but yesterday it was all over. I went to my favorite buckwheat noodle restaurant, thinking it would be a good idea to drink alone today. I ordered a bottle of "Sentori" without hesitation. The sourness and a hint of sweetness of Senkou are delicious. The aftertaste is also tight. I knew I could not miss it.

I have one more day left in the office this year. I decided to finish my last drink by myself at this restaurant. I ordered Miyazumi, which was not on the menu, but I saw it. It has an elegant sweetness on the palate, followed by the aroma of rice, and the dryness finishes it off. It is delicious.

The next day is Friday. After a light drink at a company event, I wanted to have another drink. So I visited this restaurant. It was a busy Friday. I ordered a bottle of Nabeshima and this is what I got. I had never had this label before. I tried it first and found it to be delicious. The mouthfeel, the aroma, the sweetness, and the clear taste. The transparency of the taste is unbelievable. I left quickly after drinking this cup today.

And 寫樂, the third. Today there is a junmai ginjo and a superior one. A classic that goes without saying. After the Houou Mita, it feels a little spicy, but the 寫樂 is still delicious. Tasake and 寫樂 got me hooked on the sake swamp!

Thanks to all of you, I have finally reached the 1,000 mark. I never thought I would go this far, and in just over four years I have come to know many different kinds of sake and stores. Today, I will greet you with the sake I drink most at my favorite restaurant. Sengoku has a nice, elegant sweetness and acidity. It tasted great again today.
