I haven't been to this restaurant in a while. I found a sake that was not on the menu. It seems to be a limited edition, but they offer it at the same price as other sake. That is the spirit of the owner. I took it without hesitation. It has a soft apple-flavored texture and an elegant, fragrant aftertaste. This is delicious. It is the best.

The sweet and tasty flavor and aroma is followed by a strong taste that spreads and finishes with bitterness. I drank two cups, which is unusual for me.

Today is the valley of year-end parties. I went out for a drink by myself. I haven't been to a buckwheat noodle restaurant in a little over a month. The usual lady was not there today. I was a little concerned, but I had a glass of Senkou first. It's the first time for me to open my mouth. It was a classic today. It has sweet and sour tastes, a bitter taste, and a slight sourness.

I wanted to have just one drink after work, so I went to my usual soba noodle shop. I had a glass of Houou Mita, which I have been into recently. The last few days have been a series of hiyayogoshi, but today's is Houou Mita. The orange label looks good. When you take a sip, you can taste the crisp sweetness, followed by sourness and bitterness. It is a new sensation different from the usual sweet and tasty. It is delicious.

Second glass of Sentori. Today it's a classic Kame no O. Familiar red letters. There used to be blue-lettered Omachi. I often see the red one. How does it taste? Elegant, light, sweet, and delicious. The pear-like aroma is gorgeous. A subtle, delicate, and firm sensation on the tongue. And it tightens up. It is perfect.
