Friday after work. I stop by this restaurant for the second time this week. After all, I want to drink the sake I had last time. They still had it! I ordered it without hesitation. The apple aroma was gorgeous, elegant, and clear. It was still delicious.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while. I found a sake that was not on the menu. It seems to be a limited edition, but they offer it at the same price as other sake. That is the spirit of the owner. I took it without hesitation. It has a soft apple-flavored texture and an elegant, fragrant aftertaste. This is delicious. It is the best.

Visited for the first time this year. I was tired from a series of meetings that started early this morning. I took a breather. The bright orange label. The sweet and tasty flavor and aroma is followed by a strong taste that spreads and finishes with bitterness. I drank two cups, which is unusual for me.

Today is the valley of year-end parties. I went out for a drink by myself. I haven't been to a buckwheat noodle restaurant in a little over a month. The usual lady was not there today. I was a little concerned, but I had a glass of Senkou first. It's the first time for me to open my mouth. It was a classic today. It has sweet and sour tastes, a bitter taste, and a slight sourness.

I wanted to have just one drink after work, so I went to my usual soba noodle shop. I had a glass of Houou Mita, which I have been into recently. The last few days have been a series of hiyayogoshi, but today's is Houou Mita. The orange label looks good. When you take a sip, you can taste the crisp sweetness, followed by sourness and bitterness. It is a new sensation different from the usual sweet and tasty. It is delicious.
