I mean, the taste of the sake is more pronounced sour than sweet 😆.
It said to be careful opening the bottle, but the first day I carefully opened it, it was fine, and on the second day when I was not careful, it opened with a pop ❕❕❕😲 and I was surprised 😲❕❕❕.
The first day and the second day, I felt a strong sourness.
I could taste a strong acidity, but
The third day, there was no more sourness and the sweetness became stronger.
