Beautiful, a little bit schwar✨. Easy to drink and enjoy. I paired it with tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) of persimmon mushrooms. First time to visit. Great place to enjoy a lot of Nagano's local sake 😆.

Junmai Ginjo-shiboritate Nama-nama sake🍶Hitogokochi from Iiyama, Nagano Prefecture.
The color is quite yellow, but not harsh. Easy to drink. Smooth and moderately spicy. It is easy to drink.
