I was wondering if I should have a few more drinks,
I found a menu item called "A Slightly Unusual Sake Set" 😍.
Being the pervert that I am, I ordered it 😁.
Beaumichel, Keiryuu, and Princess Time.
The third one is Princess Time
Junmai Ginjo but sweet and sour like a Kijo sake 😳
It's extremely thick 😍.
This is indeed a perverted sake 😁.
You can't gobble it up, it's a sake to be enjoyed in small sips!
There were other sakes I wanted to drink, but I held back and went back to the hotel.

Being the pervert that I am, I ordered it 😁.
Three different sets: Beaumichelle, Keiryuu, and Princess Time.
The second one is Keiryu, wine yeast brewed.
The label looks like a stylish wine.
Is the aroma white wine? A slightly habitual aroma.
Caramel-like richness and sweetness followed by acidity. Long aftertaste.
From the label, I imagined it would taste beautiful, but it was quite a habitual drink 😁.

First of all, I wanted to try Beaumichel!
I finally got around to drinking it😁.
I was curious about the Beaumichel that you guys posted.
It seems to be the quietest of the three, a white wine with a characteristic acidity.
It has quite a bit of sweetness, but it's well balanced with the acidity so I could drink it easily 🥰.
It is different in the sense that it has no sake-like character, but it was more normal than the other two 殺.
Staying in Tokyo for the conference
Tomorrow, I'm only attending the lecture, so I'm going to have a drink alone.
I had one drink at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station and took the Yamanote Line to Shinbashi.
I came here again,
Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi
The third of three kinds of sake!
Kawanakajima
Kawanakajima is the lightest of the three.
It has a nice sharpness and is light and dry.
I wonder if Kawanakajima is this light.

Imanishiki
The aroma is mild.
It has a heavy mouthfeel and a strong umami flavor.
It also has a strong alcohol taste.
More classic but delicious 🥰.
My favorite of the three 😊.
Continued from yesterday
I'm only attending a lecture tomorrow, so I'm going for a quick drink by myself.
I had one drink at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station and took the Yamanote Line to Shinbashi.

Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi
Sake is so cheap here 😁.
Only sake from Shinshu, but the menu for sake alone is huge 😳!
At first, you can choose your own three kinds of sake to compare.
You can choose from three types of the same price on the menu.
I chose 3 types (60ml?x3) from 350yen (110ml).
The price is 550 yen for 3 kinds 🤣.
I selected Nanasho, Imanishiki and Kawanakajima.
First of all, Nanasho!
Not much aroma.
Light acidity, umami, and astringency.
The sharpness is good👍
I was full so I didn't have any snacks 😁.
I thought it was an unfamiliar brand, but I heard that Laughing Turtle changed the brand name (due to the incident). It is still the same classic, old-fashioned sake with a fermented smell.
