黄泉人 不知
Pale amber in color, like a whiskey splash. Vinegar-like aroma, but relatively mild. The acidity is overwhelming. It is more like Shaoxing sake than sake. It gives the impression of a young Shaoxing sake with a strong acidity. It was a sake that lived up to its description as unique.

・The aroma is quite subdued, but refreshingly citrusy. Clear and refreshing acidity. It gives the impression of drinking a very slightly carbonated lemon-flavored sake rather than sake. It may be especially tasty in this year's extremely hot summer.

Fruity aroma, but not too much. The experience is well-balanced between sweetness and acidity, and umami can also be sensed. The alcohol is not too strong. It is a sake brewed by a winery and is said to be a fantastic sake. Basically, it is recommended to drink it on the rocks, so you need to confirm your intention if you want to drink it in other ways at the store.

The aroma is modest, if I had to say, it has a sweet aroma like banana. The sweetness you feel on the tip of your tongue the moment you put it in your mouth reminds you of sugar water, but it is not a harsh sweetness, but an elegant sweetness that disappears quickly like wasanbon (a type of Japanese sweets). It also has a sourness, but the overall impression is somewhat similar to that of dried confections in Kyoto.
