Maruhi山廃純米 ひやおろし
黄泉人 不知
The aroma is modest, if I had to say, it has a sweet aroma like banana.
The sweetness you feel on the tip of your tongue the moment you put it in your mouth reminds you of sugar water, but it is not a harsh sweetness, but an elegant sweetness that disappears quickly like wasanbon (a type of Japanese sweets).
It also has a sourness, but the overall impression is somewhat similar to that of dried confections in Kyoto.
