Pale amber in color, like a whiskey splash.
Vinegar-like aroma, but relatively mild.
The acidity is overwhelming. It is more like Shaoxing sake than sake. It gives the impression of a young Shaoxing sake with a strong acidity.
It was a sake that lived up to its description as unique.
