I look forward to drinking Akabu's nama-shu every year. I was able to purchase a bottle of Junmai sake, so I immediately enjoyed it.
It is just so refreshing to drink, and the fruity taste is unbearably delicious.
Junmai Ginjo seems to be as hard to find as ever...
Hachisen's 250th anniversary bottle. Hachinohe Sake Brewery's original variety made from an unnamed sake rice before it was registered as a variety.
It has a delicious fruity, wine-like flavor.
I returned home from the Nebuta Festival for the first time in two years and had a drink. Unfortunately, it was raining and the Nebuta were covered with vinyl, but I was soaking up the afterglow of the feeling of jawa-gewa that emanates from the short summer in Tohoku.
The fruity and easy-to-drink sake seems to help relieve the fatigue.
Incidentally, the Nebuta label seems to change every year.
After returning from the Morioka Sansa Odori dance, I had a drink.
The fruity aroma and flavor make it easy to drink. It is just right for soaking up the afterglow of the hot summer and the heat of the festival.
I ordered it because it was in my favorite restaurant.
Kuroryu is an easy-drinking beer to begin with, but the mellow flavor makes it even more delicious.
When I heard that a rare AKABU had been added to the list at my favorite place, I had to go.
Mellow, fruity, soft and delicious, it was by far the best of the AKABUs.
