We had a Junmai Ginjo, Kamizen Josui. It has a refreshing and clear taste that can be felt from the very first sip. Like clear spring water, a refreshing coolness slides over your tongue. It is somewhat calm, yet has a pleasant stimulation.

This was my first time drinking Yamagata sake, Dewazakura Ginjo-shu. When I tasted it chilled with oden, I was captivated by the deep sweetness of the rice. It was a perfect marriage with the rice cake wrappers, and before I knew it, it was empty in no time.

Speaking of "Namahashimoto", Dainichi Sake Brewery is one of the most famous sake breweries in Japan. It was getting cold, so we had it hot with hormone as a side dish. I personally enjoyed it at about 50 degrees for a good balance of spiciness and umami. Next time, I will chill it outside and drink it at about 15 degrees.

Sake from a sake brewery in Yamakita-cho, Kanagawa We had a white label Takashi. I like the astringent taste it leaves on the palate.

I purchased Mitsui no Kotobuki to commemorate the release of the Slam Dunk movie. It was delicious with a soft sweetness at first and a refreshingly sour aftertaste, probably because I drank it in a tin cup. It was a cheap sake so I felt like I got a good deal☺️.

I drank it ice cold! It was a great match with sushi, and eating sushi after drinking Natsuo enhanced the taste of the fish and made it very satisfying. It made cheap sushi look like high quality sushi 🍣. I would drink it again if I find it 🍶.

The first thing I drank this year was Tenju. When I put Tenju in my mouth, it had a fruity, wine-like aroma, and the moment I put it in my throat, I could enjoy the rich flavor twice. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it'll be fine 🐟

The alcohol content is 14, which is a little low for sake, so we drank it all in one go. It has a light and refreshing taste, and the marriage with pickles was the best.
