UThey had the 720ml size at the convenience store, so I bought it! I thought for a moment that it would have a gorgeous taste, but it's not so fruity. It has a rich flavor! Because it is unfiltered, there is a little bit of rice aroma in the aftertaste. (I'm a beginner, so I may be making assumptions.) When it is cold, it has a mellow mouthfeel with no corners. In the end, it's more of a catch than a smooth finish 🤔or is it a sharpness?

UI didn't know what doburoku was, but it's a sake from Tokyo, so I gave it a try ☝️. It's very mellow! It's like makgeolli, but thicker and thicker. It's not too much, but it's not too much either. It's not too thick, but it's not too thick either.

UIt is a Junmai Ginjo, but it has a gorgeous fruity taste! First of all, it's delicious! You'll want to cherish every sip! According to the staff at the brewery, the later is more recommended than the Junmai Daiginjo one ☝️.
