Tohoku's Local Sake, Rizake Series♪ Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, Japan Junmai Ginjo with Junsai (appetizer) and crab tofu 🦀. I remember when I visited Hinomaru Brewery when I went to Yokote in March this year. I was a driver, so I was able to see many bottles of sake tasting. I was the driver, so I had to look at the many tasting bottles. I only had amazake, but I collected it as a souvenir and this time 🤣. It was refreshing and delicious☺️.
