It was served warm. It has a slight aroma of dried bonito flakes. The plum and saltiness also came together to accentuate the taste as described. It was a very unique doburoku. It is perfect for winter, and thanks to the familiar dashi flavor, it is also good for a day when you want to relax.

I had a chance to drink it at an antenna store in Toyama. The taste expands from the light mouthfeel. I think it is a common perception that the flavor changes as the temperature changes, but I got the impression that the flavor of IWA5 changes with each sip rather than with the temperature. I wondered if the wine's method of assemblage (combining the original wines) made it possible to taste a variety of flavors. I also enjoyed it with pickled firefly squid, which was easy to drink but had a character that was not overpowered by the flavors of the dish.

This sake was created by the home drinking demand of the Corona disaster. It has a fruity, juicy, sweet aroma that goes well with any dish prepared at home, a taste of Yamadanishiki rice, Japanese citrus-like bitterness and acidity, and a good balance to pair with food to enjoy a rich and happy dining experience.

Tasted it because I needed to recommend it to someone. The aroma was sweeter than the naming and the impression before drinking, like brown sugar. It tasted surprisingly strong after the stimulation and sharpness of brewer's alcohol came first. It went well with any food, sweet or salty.

The sake was brought to us at the request of a customer who wanted to know what kind of sake is good even for those who are unfamiliar with sake. It has an atmosphere similar to Mio or Suzune in terms of lineage, but it is more like sake, with a fruity flavor and the delicious taste of rice, and the lactic acidity tightens the aftertaste, making it refreshing to drink.

I thought Onikoroshi was a scary drink. I am sorry. I had to recommend it to someone, so I tasted it first. Aroma of brewer's alcohol and rice malt. There was a slight alcohol stimulation and bitterness on the tongue, but it was easier to drink than I expected.

Comparison of "Sake for SABAKI after death", "Viktor Nage kara no Jujigake", and "Peasant Odori". The "Au for Sabaki after Death" had a slight, honey-like aroma that lingered. Perhaps because it was not yet dead, it was a gentle drink without the impression of being under judgment.

The price is about 13,000 yen (8% milled rice ratio), but considering the price, the taste seems very inexpensive. Although the word "cosy" is not quite the right word, the sweetness and umami of the rice, the clear yet soft taste, and the gently lingering aftertaste make it a wonderful sake. It was a wonderful sake.
