Rairaku Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Yamadanishiki Raw Sake from Hyogo Prefecture, a local people Sake from Akashi, famous for octopus, egg rolls and sea bream. It is said to use something called flower yeast. It has a good aroma and can cover any kind of food as well as marine products. We happened to have two bottles, but we never got tired of drinking it. Next time, I will buy it myself.
