This is a white wine. It is not sake.
It has a juicy acidity, reminiscent of muscat and grapefruit. It is exactly as described, easy to understand and delicious. There is not much of the wine's characteristic astringency, and you can hardly taste the alcohol.
Of course, it goes well with fish, but it was also delicious with Chawesen. I think I'm going to be addicted to this wine.
