Tomo san
We went to Inaba Sake Brewery in Tsukuba.
Coffee is available in the stylishly renovated building.
For 600 yen, you can try three kinds of sake.
The one that caught my attention was "Sutera," which had a robust flavor and a slightly sweet, gentle sweetness.
Nenmogawa Junmai Daiginjo Spring Kasumisake
A nice name and a slight nigori (a slight haze) is just like a haze.
It has a slightly sweet taste, but the slight sweetness is quickly cleared up and the haze disappears.
Easy to drink.
