Nearly colorless yellow in appearance. It is highly viscous. The nose is gorgeous, with apple, pear, and melon nuances. The attack on the palate is strong. The sweetness is balanced by the acidity. A full and powerful bottle.
Almost transparent. Ethyl caproate-type ginjo aroma with melon nuances. Refreshing sweetness with almost no acidity. Some woody notes linger in the aftertaste.
Although it is sweet, it is not too sweet and can be used well as a food sake. Since I drank it at the same time as Jikin Hakutsuru Nishiki Hi-ire, I personally prefer the acidity of Jikin, so it beats Jikin, but it has plenty of potential.

Slightly yellow. Crisp acidity. Sharp candy-like sweetness. Fruity nuances with a touch of apricot linger for a little while.
Astonishingly delicious. Although it falls into the sweet category, the acidity keeps it from being too sweet.

Pale yellow. The viscosity is weak. The rice polishing ratio is 65%, but there are hints of apple, pear-like ginjo aroma, and cypress. There is also a slight nutty aroma. It has a full sweetness, and the acidity is lively. The aftertaste is rather short. A bottle with a clean balance.
The sake level is unknown. It is a little bit sweet because of its claim to be "super dry". A refreshing sake suitable for a mealtime drink. It is better to drink it cold or at room temperature to appreciate its complexity.
Price: 1,400 yen.

The aftertaste is medium. Although it has a sake strength of +15, it does not seem to be too tangy. It is well balanced. You can smell the aroma of white wine right after pouring it into a glass.
