Clear and transparent. Crystal. Youthful aromas of melon and white grapes. The attack is rather strong and the sweetness is mild. The acidity is fine and the bitterness is moderate. Dry. The aftertaste is medium. Although it has a sake strength of +15, it does not seem to be too tangy. It is well balanced. You can smell the aroma of white wine right after pouring it into a glass.
