Pale yellow. The viscosity is weak. The rice polishing ratio is 65%, but there are hints of apple, pear-like ginjo aroma, and cypress. There is also a slight nutty aroma. It has a full sweetness, and the acidity is lively. The aftertaste is rather short. A bottle with a clean balance.
The sake level is unknown. It is a little bit sweet because of its claim to be "super dry". A refreshing sake suitable for a mealtime drink. It is better to drink it cold or at room temperature to appreciate its complexity.
