The exterior is clear and colorless. The nose is youthful, melon and slightly roasted. The taste is slightly light, with an elegant sweetness. There is a smooth acidity and no bitterness. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a short aftertaste. It is not so dry and would go well with sweetly seasoned meat dishes. It is light and dry.
