Today I tasted Kubota and Dewazakura.
Dewazakura is a dry wine with a strong flavor, and the taste lingers on the tongue for a long time, so we sipped it little by little.
I thought it would be nice with dashi soup, fish, or something with a strong flavor, so I served it with tuna dressed with olive oil and crazy salt as a snack 🙏.
Blue cheese, prosciutto, and rice porridge are also delicious together!
