The Sei series is not sold at the brewery's stores. It can only be purchased at special dealers. It is fruity and sweet, but has a bitter aftertaste. It is a good match for a meal.

This is a 2016BY Namahashi-style brewed Kamaya Shinpachi Junmai Ginjo. The flavor has increased in one month after opening the bottle. I usually prefer the sweet and fruity kind. I tried the aged sake and I like this one too. The price is about 2000 yen for 5 years of aging. It is quite reasonable.

I saw it in my local liquor store. I was attracted by the letters CEL24, so I bought it. It was my first time to drink sake from Kochi. Keizuki CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo 50 This is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 50% polished Gin no Yume sake rice. At first, it has a fruity, sweet pineapple-like aroma, with a light acidity and sweetness that makes it easy to drink. The aroma is sweet but the aftertaste is refreshing. Light Hanayo-Yoku? Is it easier to drink than Hanayo-yoku? It seems to be a major sake brewery in Kochi. This is a good sake.

Today's sake is from my hometown, Kazo in Saitama Prefecture. I drank Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake Kasu no Mai for the first time. I drank it for the first time. Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Kazo 17% alcohol Rice polishing ratio 60%. It is said to be a gold medal winning sake of the 2021 Kura Master. It is a fruity sake with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It's a beautiful sake. It is quite delicious.
